Refund & Return Policy

At Pawlysh Grooming, your satisfaction matters. If you or your dog aren’t happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

1) Our Guarantee (30-Day, Opened-OK)

  • You may return opened or unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Returned items must not be completely empty (a reasonable amount of product must remain).
  • Exceptions: Gift cards are non-refundable.

2) How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@pawlysh.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll send return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely (even if opened) and ship it back.

Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund (including original shipping, if applicable).

4) Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with an approval decision.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5) Exchanges

Prefer a swap? Start a return (see above) and place a new order for the item you want.

6) Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if not yet shipped. If shipped, please use the return process above.

7) Regional Compliance

  • United States: We follow applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
  • Canada: Returns are handled under PIPEDA and provincial consumer protection laws. Refunds process in CAD for CAD purchases and in USD for USD purchases.

8) Limits & Misuse

We may refuse returns that:

  • Arrive after 30 days
  • Are completely empty or excessively used
  • Do not match our policy terms

Items not purchased directly from Pawlysh Grooming (e.g., third-party retailers) must be returned through the original place of purchase.
